- What is pleather?
Pleather is a synthetic material made from PU or Polyurethane that is frequently used in vegan shoes. It's waterproof but not breathable. - How do you measure heel height?
Heel height is measured from the inside of the heel (i.e. not the outward facing part of the heel) where the heel meets the floor, up to the base of the shoe. This is important - the measurement along the outside of the heel can be palpably different. - What if my shoes don't fit?
We have a great return policy - you can read about it here. Return your shoes in good condition within 21 days, and we'll refund or exchange as per our exchange policy. - Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes, we ship to most European destinations, and Australasia - if you don't see your country listed in the shopping cart - drop us a line requesting inclusion. They are comfortable but the first day I wore them the button started to fray. And because of the material, they stretch on the sides where my feet bend when I walk. But I don't mind because they are extremely comfortable and I feel like they will last for a while. And they're vegan!
